In this still uncertain situation, in case you are unable to arrive on the day of your scheduled check-in, you can cancel the booking and we will issue a voucher equal to the amount that may have already been paid to be used within 36 months to book another stay at Verdemare in opening periods. Into the main build 600 meters from the Simius beach “Verdemare Sardegna uno” *** surrounded by greenery, there are the swimming pool, caffetteria, reception and 28 apartmens on ground and first floor with elevator; all accomodation have separate bedroom with private bathroom, ample private terrace, some accomodation do not have cooking facilities. One haundred far from the main build “Verdemare Sardegna due” **villas bungalow have patio and barbecue on garden, bedrooms on first floor have balcony garden view and do not have cooking facilities, all bungalow and bedroom have indipendent air conditioning (extra charge 10,00 per day each air conditioning machine)
and private shower bathroom. Nearby in city centre there are any shops, markets, or any services needed.

Not included to pay ’at arrival: air conditioning in dining area Tortora and Rondine to book at reservation and must pay euro 10,00 at arrival for all period not refundable (some accomodation have not air conditioning but a fan is provided in all accomodation on request for free), in villa bungalow the extra charge is euro 10,00 per day per air conditioning used (villas have at least one air conditioning in each accomodation so is not necessary to book it in advance), cleaning at arrival and departure (except the cooking angle and waste collection properly separate in recyclable if not carried out by guest the service is extra charged euro 80,00 less from deposit at departure, security deposit euro 200,00 must be pay before key collection and will be refundable at key release from 08 till 10 after apartment checkin, pets are not allowed, any extra people must be agreed from Verdemare Sardegna Manager before get in to the property and is extra charged.
